This little icon means you can buy this item right now. There is a price the seller will accept right now for his or her auction, if you're prepared to pay their 'BuyNow' price the item will be yours if you're quick.
This is the idea of the 'BuyNow' option, they speed up and auction process; offer the right 'buynow 'price and your item may sell. You still have the knowledge it will not sell for any less than the reserve you have set. When you purchase an auction item with a 'BuyNow' price this forfeits the auctions process and the item is sold.
However if a member bids over the reserve set, the 'BuyNow' option is lost, the listing will turn into a general auction and the item will be sold to the highest bidder
When a seller selects a 'BuyNow' price in the listing process this icon will automatically appear next to their listing, these only disappear if a member bids above the reserve price set by the seller. If this happens the BuyNow option is lost,the icon will not display and the item will be sold to the highest bidder.
