It is vital you keep your contact details up to date in our system at all times. We have made this function super easy for our members to encourage this practice.
New Details... No Problem!
Go to your 'My Account’ page, you will see there are various links to facilitate changing your details and personal information. Simply click on 'Up Date My Details' and fill out the fields. If you have any questions or can't find what you're looking for, contact us at support@tradeaway.com.au
You can change your email address; click on 'Change My Email Address.' We will send you an email to verify your new email address. Click on the link when this arrives to confirm your new details.
Change your password? Yes this is possible; click on 'Change My Password' and away you go. If you forget your new password, we can email this to you on request.
Simply updating your contact details? Click 'Up Date My Details' change what you need and click update, that's it.
When you change your status to an Address Verified member, you will need to enter your personal verification code we posted to you. Then click on 'Enter Address Verified Code' and follow the prompts. This will update you to your new status and the little house Icon will appear next to your profile.
If you’re an Address Verified member and wish to change your contact details and wish to remain verified we will have to verify your new address and re-send a new verification code. Please note; this can take up to 48hrs to re-administer, so we would appreciate your patience.
You are free to change your password whenever you wish, but you may not change your Trade Away nickname, so choose this well, this is the name other members will know you by.
