At the end of each transaction, both the buyer and the seller are invited to rate and write feedback on each other. Leaving feedback is optional, however, in order to help build a safer community in which to trade, we recommend that all members place feedback whenever possible.

Please note:
We cannot get involved in feedback disputes between members.
Members may place whatever feedback they wish.
Members cannot edit feedback once it has been placed.
Feedback remains on the record of each member permanently.
One negative item of feedback will not affect your overall rating very much but regular negative feedback may.
As outlined above, Trade Away does not arbitrate feedback disputes. Certain exceptional circumstances will result in feedback being removed if:
It contains defamatory statements as to the character of the individual
It contains swear words or vulgarities
It contains the trader's contact details, phone number, surname, email address or other means to individually identify the trader
The feedback refers to any ongoing investigation by Trade Away, or any other authorised party.
Trade Away reserves the right to determine what is considered swear words, vulgarities or defamatory statements
You can be held legally responsible for damages to the trader's reputation under Australian law, so keep your feedback factual.
