To 'Sign In', write your email address and password in the Sign In section on the left hand side of the homepage. You can choose to save your username and password by clicking on Remember Me in the login box.
If you choose to surf the site without Signing In that's fine, you will see for your convenience that on most of the category pages the 'Sign In' box is featured to make it easy to jump in and bid.
After the first time, if you have problems logging in, check that you have entered the correct email address and password. If you cannot remember your password please click Forgot My Password, and we will email it to you.
Make sure that cookies are enabled on your computer, cookies are small files held on your computer that remember certain information for you so that you can sign in easily. To enable cookies, click Tools, then Internet Options, then Security, then click Default Level.
Wrong email address/ password? If you enter the wrong email address and password combination, you will see a message telling you that your entry was incorrect. If you cannot remember your password, you can request that a password reminder be sent to your email.
Your membership is not yet enabled? Sometimes our emails are blocked by the junk mail settings in email accounts. Please ensure that your junk mail settings will allow our emails to get through to you by adding theteam@tradeaway.com.au to your contact list.
