The 'My Account' page is your very own personal account management tool; you can find the link to this located in the top tabs on the home page which is easily accessible for your use. You will need to be 'Signed In' to open. This is a simple and effective service that helps you manage your activity on Trade Away.
Keep your Sign In password safe as you do not wish others to access your personal information. Make sure when you have finished using the site, you log out. Log out buttons are located in easy to find different areas on the site.

What can you do?
Change Your Email - Click on ‘Change My Email Address’ enter your new details and wait for our email to your new address, click to confirm and it is done.
Change Your Password – Click on ‘Change Your Password’ enter your new password click to confirm and away you go.
Change Your Details - Click on ‘Update My Details’ change what you need, maybe a phone number or surname? Just follow the prompts.
Change Your Address - Click on ‘Update Your Details’ enter your new address details and click update. Please note if you’re ‘Address Verified’ we will need to re-verify your new address, see becoming Address Verified to review this process.
Credit Your Account - To top up your trading account so that you can keep listing items simply click on the 'Credit Your Account' link, select the method you wish to use, acknowledge you may not pay for items on Trade Away and fill in the appropriate details. These transactions will display in 'View Transaction' once they have cleared. Your account will only operate with a minimum of $10.00 credit. View Transaction History - View all your account credits and debits, per transaction and per listing. If you wish to have these on an excel sheet to add and subtract just copy and paste.
My Listings - You can view all your current listings at a glance, this will also record how many bids your items have. Note in the actual listing we record how many times your items have also been viewed. In this section you can also edit your listing.
Edit My Listing - If you need to edit a listing to possibly change the price, lower the reserve or add details after they have gone live, you can. Simply click on ‘My Listings’ and click ‘Edit Listing’ . You can even make changes to a BuyNow. However you cannot add images after the listing has gone live, and you can ONLY edit before a buyer has placed a bid has been placed, once this has happened the edit option is lost.
Relist an Item - To relist a sold or unsold item you have listed as an Auction or Fixed Price go to your ‘My Account’ and click on ‘My Sold’ or 'My Unsold', each item displayed will have Relist option next to it. If you wish to ‘Relist’ simply click on the option and select what you want re-listed from the display fields that will show. This is a super fast function, and it's FREE.
Withdraw an Auction - If you need to withdraw your listing, you can, go to ‘My Listings’ and there is a link to ‘ Withdraw’ click this to take your listing off the site. If there have been no bids made on your item, it's that simple. However, if a member has made a bid on the item you wish to remove there is a $3.00 fee to withdraw the item. You cannot withdraw auctions in the last hour they are live.
Leave Feedback - Once an item has been traded it will appear in either ‘My Purchases’ or ‘My sold Items,’ click on either of these to find the trade. When the payment has been made and the item delivered, and the transaction fully completed click on ‘Place Feedback’ and leave your comments. Please rate the trade as ‘Positive Neutral or ‘Negative’. Once you have made this selection the option to leave feedback will be removed so you know it has been done.
Read Your Feedback - To read the feedback you have received and also given click on ‘View My Profile’ this records all your feedback and also calculates your member rating score automatically based on the feedbacks you receive for trades. It's a good idea to work on having a great trading history, as this will attract good buyers and sellers to each other.
My Bids / My Watchlist - Click on this link in your My Account to view all the items you have placed bids on, and also any items your Watching. When items in your ‘Watchlist’ have sold, and you did not bid on them they will disappear from your Watchlist automatically. The items you’re bidding on will be clearly listed in this section too. You will also receive emails from Trade Away when you have been outbid, to notify you so you don't miss out!
Removing a Bid - If you need to remove a bid please contact us at support@tradeaway.com.au and we will evaluate your reason. Nine times out of ten we're sure if won't be a problem, we all make mistakes!
