Not sure what you can use is it case sensitive, letters or numbers? Basically you can pretty much choose anything for your password; we ask you follow some simple rules so that our savvy little system likes them too!
Choosing a Password
Our system will accept most variations because we have built a broad spectrum accepter to make sure this part of the process is super easy. You can basically use any combination to create you password. Our system will allow capitals and numbers lower case and spaces. However if you over complicate it, can upset the spacers. Our advice would be to try and choose between 6 - 10 characters and something that works for you.
Good Example: gopossum (or) mytrading (or) rob21
Bad Example: roger and jane (or) jacklivesinthehouse (or) 12 - 456 - 67589 -

Keeping your Password Safe
Your password is your own personal access code/word, do not give this out to others to use or allow others to access your personal account to list items or otherwise. Never share your passwords. You can be held responsible for actions taken by others who have your password. Your passwords are the keys to your Trade Away account, your transactions and more. Don't use simple passwords and don't use your name as your password, or other easily guessed options. Maybe use a different password for Trade Away than you do for your Internet banking or your email.
Change your password immediately if you think it has been compromised. And last but not least, always remember to log-off when you have finished using websites.
