Meet Our Sheriff
You will find a link to the Sheriff in every listing throughout the site, and if you think there is something not right or if a listing is offensive in anyway, then use it! You can do this by clicking on the Community Watch link. Here are some actions considered inappropriate:
A member is not adhering to our Terms and Conditions in some way.
If the item is inappropriate or the using inappropriate language.
A member is bidding on their own auction - some times called "Shill Bidding"
A member discloses their contact details in a listing - or in the Q&A
A member tries to renegotiate the selling price after the auction
The member is not located in Western Australia
The member is under 18 years of age
An item has been listed in an inappropriate category
You suspect that there is something fishy about a listing
An item on Trade Away prohibited list, see our list of Things you can't sell
Email us at theteam@tradeaway.com.au with any concerns you may have and we will assess and act upon the situation, or call us if it is urgent.
