How Do I Join Tradeaway?

Here's a snap shot on how to Join Tradeaway 'WA's own online marketplace'. Membership is FREE! For more information and support about buying, bidding and playing on Trade Away, please visit our Help section.

Step 1.

All you need to get started is a working email address, a password, a nickname and be over 18 and a resident of Western Australia. You can choose any password you like, all we ask is that it's not too long and without spaces, eg: 'gopossum' is ideal. Other than that if you've got that covered, here we go!

Step 2.

Click on the Join Now options on the home page, enter your details choose a trading nick name, (this is the name other members will know you by), choose wisely as this cannot be changed. Read our Terms and Conditions Please note Tradeaway is ONLY for Western Australians, and persons over 18 years of age.

Step 3.

After you have registered with Tradeaway, look out for an email from theteam@tradeaway.com.au welcoming you to the Tradeaway community. Click on the link in this email to verify your email address. We suggest adding this email address to your contact list to avoid junkmail filters blocking our contact with you! If you do not receive your welcome email, please check that your mailbox is not full and also check your junkmail folder.

Step 4.

Keep your 'Sign In' information secure, don’t disclose or provide your password or member details to others. Now you're set, away you go! Your details are handled with the utmost of confidentiality and not given to third parties. Remember to log out after using the site.
