This little Blue Flag means that there is no reserve remaining on this auction. So the start price you see in the listing is the possible buy price for this item. This little blue flag will appear next to listings.
This can be confusing as all auctions require a reserve price to be set, thus ensuring more control over their minimum sale price. However if you list an item and you offer the same start price, as the reserve price. This indicates that there is no reserve price and the little flag will automatically show next to your Headline.
As we do not allow auctions to be set without a reserve this is actually a clever way to get attention for your item, as it means it will be selling to the highest bidder when the auction closes!
