This little icon indicates that the seller accepts payments via 'PayPal'. This is done via the 'PayPal' website independently and outside of Trade Away. Remember you cannot buy items directly through Trade Away, from sellers, whether they offer PayPal or not. We also don’t encourage payment without some form of contact before the goods are accepted.
You can add the 'PayPal' icon when listing you items, simply click on 'PayPal' as one or the only payment option, you will accept. We thought as this is such a well known online payment method, we would also offer this for our members.
There is also the option to credit you trading accuont via 'PayPal'. If you wish to credit your account go to your paypal account and select send money, type in accounts@tradeaway.com.au as the address to 'Send Money". Enter your chosen specified amount, (remember there is a $10 minimum) then click send.
Once we receive notification of your deposit and it clears, we will credit the balance to your Trade Away account.
Please remember you cannot pay for items directly through Trade Away, you can only specify how you would prefer to 'be paid' by the buyer. You can choose to accept more than one payment option .
